Are you a NetSuite expert who understands how technology should support business operations, not just system configuration?

We are looking for a NetSuite Super User / Subject Matter Expert to join a client team onsite in Malvern, PA. This role is ideal for someone with strong Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Warehouse Management experience who can help the business get the most value from its NetSuite investment.

What will do

• Act as the go-to NetSuite expert for business users and stakeholders.

• Drive adoption and ensure teams are leveraging NetSuite effectively and efficiently.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and system utilization.

• Challenge existing ways of working and recommend best-practice approaches within NetSuite.

• Assess current configurations and identify gaps, enhancements, or functionality that may be underutilized.

• Partner with business teams across Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehousing, and Operations.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to users to maximize system value.

• Help ensure NetSuite supports both current business needs and future growth.

What are looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite as a Super User, Functional Lead, or SME.

• Background in Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, or similar operational environments.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system improvements.

• Experience optimizing business processes and driving user adoption.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
